ISMA CORE-5 ℠ is a class for All Ages and Abilities. We have been very successful in the treatments of many ailments through our movement practice.

  • Our Instructors are committed to providing ISMA solutions to address your unique needs, whether you are special needs, are noticing body stiffness, experiencing a loss of coordination, or have joint or back pain. Do you want to improve your posture, strengthen your muscles, or have better control over your behavior?

Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards through online checkout. We also accept PayPal, Cash App, cash, and checks. Checks are to be made payable to Integrity of Self MovementArts, LLC or ISMA. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. Payments are due before the scheduled lesson.

One-On-One Private Class Policy

  • Schedule the day and time that are best for you within the Registration and Scheduling Process.

Attendance

  • Students are expected to be in attendance and on time for every class.
  • Students must provide 24-hour notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled and confirmed class. Without this proper notice, your class cannot be made up.
  • Frequent absences and tardiness may hinder students’ progress.

Class Makeup Days and Expiration

  • All class purchases and class packages expire within 90 days of purchase, with a maximum of 2 makeup days.

Dress Code and Supplies

  • Students may wear a face mask during in-studio classes according to safety protocol due to COVID-19 precautions.
  • Students are asked to wear their ISMA Class T-Shirts, yoga or workout pants or leggings, and non-slip/grip socks or they can be barefoot. We recommend bringing a water bottle, a small towel, and a yoga mat.
